Throwback Thursday Favorite of 2021: Dine St. Paul
As the year draws to a close, we want to take a look at just what amazing projects this year has brought us and how they challenged us, helping us to grow. For the next three Thursdays, we will be throwing back to projects selected by each partner that stands out to them.
This Thursday, Sarah Sundahl reflected on Dine Saint Paul.
“For me - this project is the epitome of storytelling. It has community, a cause, and a call to action - all supported by powerful interviews and b-roll with a purpose.
On the production side — it was a very challenging (although rewarding) shoot with an ambitious schedule. In 2 days, we shot five locations & interviewed seven people. In order to capture all of these elements, we needed to be nimble. The crew of four which are listed below tailored the camera and G&E package to allow flexibility while filming in a follow-doc style production.
This was the Chefs’ story to tell - we just brought it to life with the right locations, beautiful footage, and a path.”
