THE CUPBOARD PROJECT

The Priority Partners Cupboards project provides a helping hand in times of need for communities in Baltimore, Maryland. Working with local health centers, the Cupboards project features free mini-pantries (cupboards) with mini-libraries installed throughout Maryland. These cupboards provide resources directly to communities serviced by Priority Partners and their several health center partners.

Priority Partners is one of nine Managed Care Organizations authorized by the state of Maryland to provide health care services for over 325,000 Medicaid, Maryland Children’s Health Program, and Medical Assistance for Families recipients. With the help of HGTV hosts Matt Muenster and Chris Grundy, the Cupboards are being designed and constructed, launched, and installed.
