All right, take one. Quiet on the set. I love working at Safety National. Obviously, the energy's unbelievable. When you get everybody in the room, there's just an excitement, an energy. It's a lot of fun. We work very hard to be a best place to work. What is important to us is that our employee experience is great for them. There's definitely an energy about it. We're all cracking jokes. We're giving high fives. People think of insurance and they think it's boring or it's, lemme tell you, if it was boring, I wouldn't be here because I cannot stand to be bored. This is the most dynamic industry I have ever been in. You want to be in an industry that's constantly changing This, is it the culture organically made you feel welcome and you really feel like you're part of something bigger than yourself? Well, safety National's core values have really been in existence since our founding, and those are stability, teamwork, relationships, integrity and balance, and collectively, those five words define who we are. We live by our core values. They aren't just words that are on the wall and the words really resonate and are important to our employees. If we embrace those core values, we'll be successful and success means security and a good work environment for all concerned. Our Core Value Ambassador program does an excellent job of bringing new people into the company and making sure they're being introduced to people in other areas where they may not interact from an organic perspective, but they provide a lot of opportunity for relationship building so that our culture is indoctrinated in every new employee. Some of our clients told us. We see the difference. We feel the difference. When your team comes in, they're different. They love your company. We operate under our core values because it's what made Safety National the company it is today, and it's the way we want our employees to interact with each other, with our customers, and with our community. Safety National has a vision statement to serve as a foundation of how we want to operate, how we want to do business. Safety has a vision statement to be first with clients, first with coworkers and first in our communities. The vision statement is really that roadmap to better understand what we're all about as a company. It really clarifies where we are and where we're headed as a company, and it reminds why you do what you do on a daily basis. When I speak to people, I tell them, you're not going to believe what a great decision it is to join Safety National because the people really truly value each other. The camaraderie, the relationships, and the overall experience of working here. We treat our coworkers, our customers, and our community with the dignity and respect they deserve. I feel the same excitement today that I did the first day that I started at Safety so many years ago. There's so much opportunity and there's so much diversity. I'm excited to see the opportunity for future generations with safety employees. Why do people want to work here and stay here? I think it's a very easy answer to people. I think it also really starts with the tone at the top. The executive and senior management team truly caress about its employee base and it shows it's something that just resonates throughout this whole company. It's a caring place to be. We have regular meetings with all employees because we think transparency is really important. We always stress communication and we love the opportunity to get in front of everyone to explain what is going on, what has happened in the past, and what things we have planned for the future. So what we do is like to share with our employees why they're important, their specific tasks within the organization. So no one employer, no one department. That drives the results. It takes a team effort from beginning to end. There are opportunities here, wherever you might be in your career, there's always a path to grow forward, whether it be within your own department or maybe it's opportunities in another department where you want to grow. We have a very robust opportunity for our employees to move around, and I think that enriches their work experience, but it also helps the company and that, again, the why behind what we do. People start understanding that because they've been in different departments and know what's going on. I felt like I've been the captain of my ship along the way. The way I saw it, it gave me an opportunity to kind of paint the picture for my career path based on what I saw in front of me. People stay and I know that I've stayed because there are countless opportunities here. Every day is different. There's always new challenges. If you look for them, it kind of puts you in the driver's seat to plan your development and your future and your education, and we'll continue to take that approach. And I'm very, very lucky. I found a great place to work. Sometimes you get to a place where the opportunities come faster for certain reasons, and it certainly has happened here, and I couldn't be happier. Safety National has always been an inclusive, non-discriminatory company. Safety wants to reflect the communities in which we live in and work. That focus brings so many other byproducts. People should feel like they belong and their opinions matter and they're part of something bigger than themselves, but it also gives us those differences of opinion that help us be successful in our business. We truly are an industry that makes a difference in the world, whatever it might be, we truly are making an impact. It's been a fun journey being here, and I'm excited to see what the future holds. I think it's pretty clear that our leadership and just our culture really invest in employees. I want to pinch myself sometimes. It's amazing. I think what makes us different is the people. The people that we attract, and those people in turn attract and we're able to retain talent from across the industry that really separates us from our competition. So it's just a very, very special place to work.
